David Kelton is a skilled mediator with hundreds of cases successfully resolved. His mediation services include scheduling, preparation of mediated settlement agreements and mediator's proposals and post mediation follow-up (if requested by the parties.)

David Kelton brings a uniquely qualified perspective to mediations. His 40 years of civil litigation experience includes personal injury, intellectual property and complex commercial litigation for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in State and Federal court. Additionally, David is a former State District Judge and Civil District Court Master (now entitled Associate Judge,) both of which provide top-tier knowledge and professionalism for any level of mediation.

Judge Kelton's offices are centrally located in Dallas (click here for address and map,) however, if requested, he will gladly travel throughout Texas on assignment.
