David Kelton is a skilled and experienced arbitrator. His 40 years of civil litigation experience includes personal injury, intellectual property and complex commercial litigation for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in State and Federal court. Additionally, David is a former State District Judge and Civil District Court Master (now entitled Associate Judge,) both of which provide top-tier knowledge and professionalism for any level of arbitration.

Judge Kelton's offices are centrally located in Dallas (click here for address and map,) however, if requested, he will gladly travel throughout Texas on assignment.
